We at Kingston WritersFest will collect only the information we really need in order to give you what you want. For instance, if you want to receive updates about the festival we will collect and keep your email address and name. If you decide you don't need our updates any more and you ask us to take you off the list, we will.
We will never give or sell your name or email address to anyone else.
If you write to Kingston WritersFest to ask for information or to offer suggestions, we will keep that email solely for the purpose of follow-up. Only festival staff will have access to your information.
From time to time, we may send out surveys to our mailing list for the purpose of developing new festival programming, or just to ask how we're doing. You might decide not to complete it, and that's fine. If you do participate, any information you give us will be aggregated and not attributed to you in any way.
