What books are people nominating so far? Here’s a sample:

Have Your Say

Can Canada be captured in 150 books? In 10?  We want your help to dig beyond the cliches of Canadiana – hockey, maple syrup, Tims, to tell us what CanLit really means to you. What stories, histories, images, and tastes speak to/inspire/challenge/excite you?  We are putting out the call for nominations of books in any genre, English or French, any time period.

If you need some brainstorming help, please visit the many helpful links on this page!

Kids can vote too, even without an email address!

We are looking for nominations from all Canadians, and that means all age groups! Parents/guardians – if your child, under the age of 15, does not have an email address, you can enter a nomination on their behalf – just fill out the special Kids section on the survey!
