As an Author Patron, you, your friends, your Book Club, group, or team can help bring outstanding literary figures to our stage and to our community.
Your donation contributes to the travel, accommodation, fees, and other expenses related to the Festival appearance of your author of choice.
This year, you can support writers appearing in Authors Onstage events or author-instructors giving master classes in our Writers Studio.

Author Patron benefits and recognition:
As an Author Patron, you, your friends, your Book Club, group, or team, can help bring outstanding literary figures to our stage and to our community.
Your choice of two tickets to your author’s onstage event or a complimentary copy of your author’s book; reserved front row seats and a meet and greet with your author at their event; acknowledgement from the stage and in the Festival’s promotional materials; and a charitable tax receipt for the full amount of your donation.
Patrons of Writers Studio author/instructors receive a place at their author/instructor’s master class or a complimentary copy of their author’s book, plus a meet and greet with their author; acknowledgement in the Festival’s promotional materials; and a charitable tax receipt for the full amount of their donation in accordance with Canada Revenue guidelines.
Group Author Patron benefits and recognition:
Reserved front row seats for ticketed members at your author’s event; a complimentary copy of your author’s book; a meet and greet at the event; acknowledgement from the stage and in the Festival’s promotional materials; and individual charitable tax receipts for the full amount of each member’s donation.
