Volunteer

From October 1st – 4th, some of Canada’s top novelists, poets, and nonfiction writers—and hundreds of booklovers—will join Kingston WritersFest for readings, discussions, intimate onstage conversations, and workshops.

In the lead-up to the festival, volunteers are needed for promotions—store-front displays, program distribution, staffing booths and spinning the wheel for book giveaways at Princess Promenades, etc.

During the Festival, we need drivers, author wranglers, box office attendants, ticket-takers, ushers, and more.

Above and beyond this essential work, KWF volunteers are the Festival’s front-line ambassadors. Your care and attention can help to make the Festival a success.
