Novelist, poet, and non-fiction author Helen Humphreys finds the natural world close to her heart these days, but her deep love for the natural world is manifest throughout her writing. In this class, Helen shares this passion with participants, sharing strategies in an informal talk that will be punctuated with a few short readings of nature writing, and will be followed by several writing exercises. Helen will share some visual material as inspiration using these as prompts for the writing exercises.
