Looking for an experiential holiday gift, an early boost of festive cheer, or an excuse to curl up with a great glass of wine, all while contributing to a good cause?
Join sommelier Ian Nicholls of County Sips
along with special guest Ulrike Bender, author of Balancing Act: Growing Grapes and Making Wine in Prince Edward County, for a curated virtual wine tasting fundraiser in support of Kingston WritersFest 2022.
Each ticket to this event includes access to the tasting event on Zoom, and a gift bag featuring:
- Six 5oz bottles of Prince Edward County wine featuring premium varietals and blends
- A charcuterie plate from Harmony Flavours featuring 2 types of meat (mild), 3 types of cheeses including a brie along with nuts, olives, fresh fruit, mini tomatoes, crackers and chocolates*
- A Placemat, welcome note and map of PEC’s wineries
- PLUS – an entry into a draw to win a bundle of 2021 KWF books and a copy of Balancing Act: Growing Grapes and Making Wine in Prince Edward County
Pick up your gift bag at Harmony Flavours at 326 King Street East, across from Market Square between 1 pm and 3 pm on Saturday.
A very limited number of tickets available. Cut off to purchase is Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
Cost is $150. You will receive an instant $50 charitable tax receipt from CanadaHelps for each ticket you purchase!
