This master class will consist of exercises and discussions to help participants get in touch with their own interests and beliefs, as well as to help develop pragmatic strategies for writing fictionalized accounts of very personal, emotional moments in their lives. This class will help participants see the ways that taking a personal yet anti-autobiographic approach to fiction can empower the writer to write with emotional depth and imagination.
