Susan is a psychologist and writer who lives in Kingston, Ontario.
Her recent memoir, Fractured, details her experiences surviving an automobile accident, which left her with a spinal cord injury. The book is an intimate portrayal of the physical and emotional experience of suddenly finding oneself disabled in an able-bodied world. In the memoir, Mockler explores the issues she faced throughout her recovery and beyond.
