Includes questions about your stay and requests for AV for on the day.

*Note we cover the first night of your stay at the Holiday Inn but you are free to look for other lodging at a rate equal to or less than what they provide, and we will cover your first night at your chosen location as well.
*Note that you are responsible for all charges related to extending your stay. You will be required to send payment information to the hotel in advance to secure your booking. The Holiday Inn provides us with a group booking rate.
* Note that every presenter is provided with a microphone, light, stand or podium and water. If you select ‘no equipment’ and then change your mind it is very important that you contact Writers Services as soon as possible to ensure that we are able to secure the requested items for you. If you decide that you want Powerpoint the day of your event, we may NOT be able to accommodate your request.
* Note that if you would like Kingston WritersFest to print paperwork for you, we require it to be sent to Writers Services NO LATER than September 9th. Anything submitted to be printed after that cut off will not be accepted. Handouts are limited to a maximum of 2 pages per student.
